These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the professional services provided by A K Sakaria & Associates (“Firm”) to its clients (“Client”). Engagement of services constitutes binding acceptance of these protocols.

01. Scope of Mandate

The Firm shall provide professional services as mutually agreed through an engagement letter, proposal, or digital correspondence. Services outside the primary mandate shall be treated as additional and billed as per standard rate cards.

02. Client Obligations

The Client shall provide accurate, complete, and timely documentation. The Firm is absolved of liability for delays or errors resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the Client representative.

03. Fee Structure

Professional fees are exclusive of statutory taxes. Invoices are payable within the specified duration. Delay in settlement may result in immediate suspension of active mandates.

04. Confidentiality Protocol

A K Sakaria & Associates operates under strict non-disclosure protocols. Information shall not be shared with third parties except under regulatory compulsion or explicit Client authorization.

05. Liability Limitations

Total liability is strictly limited to the professional fees received for the specific service in question. The Firm is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

06. Intellectual Property

All working papers, frameworks, and advisory templates remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Firm. Usage is limited to internal Client operations.

07. Jurisdiction

This engagement is governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

08. Digital Acceptance

By engaging A K Sakaria & Associates, the Client acknowledges they have reviewed and ratified these Terms of Engagement in their entirety.
