Established in 2019, A K Sakaria & Associates is a Chartered Accountancy firm based at Bharat Chambers, Baroda Street, Masjid East, Mumbai. The practice is led by Chartered Accountants who work across audit, direct and indirect taxation, accounting and business advisory for companies, professionals, not-for-profits and overseas clients.

Our core work covers GST, income-tax and TDS compliance, ITR filing, statutory and tax audits, accounting, and due diligence. Alongside the domestic practice we handle pre-grant due diligence for NGOs, virtual CFO support for Indian entities, outsourced accounting for US, UK and Canada tax firms, entity set-up (proprietorship, OPC, LLP and partnership), investment-advisor set-up in India, and Overseas Direct Investment (ODI) advisory.
